The 16-Hour On-The-Job Training (OJT) course is a 2-day training program that must be completed within 90 days of your first employment as a security guard. This comprehensive course builds upon the foundational knowledge from the pre-assignment training and provides practical, hands-on instruction.
Upon successful completion, you will have fulfilled all mandatory training requirements for unarmed security guard licensure in New York State.
